Why a HubSpot Technical Support Veteran Does Local SEO
For 6 years at HubSpot, I solved problems other people gave up on.
My background:
- 7,500+ technical support cases closed
- 700+ community solutions accepted
- Known as "the person who tackles what others won't touch"
- API troubleshooting, technical documentation, developer support
I started noticing small businesses getting hammered by AI-generated SEO spam, offshore "agencies" promising magic results, and hustlers who've never ranked anything themselves.
So I'm building the opposite.
What Makes Me Different
I'm not an SEO guru. I'm a technical troubleshooter who got tired of watching small businesses get scammed.
I document everything publicly because I have nothing to hide. This entire site is my case study. If my methods don't work on my own business, why would you hire me?
I don't use AI templates for outreach, proposals, or reports. When I analyze your business, you get my actual analysis — not ChatGPT's guess.
My Approach: Boring Work First
Phase 1: Google Business Profile optimization, citation cleanup, NAP consistency, schema markup — the foundation.
Phase 2: Only after Phase 1 is working for 3-6 months do we talk about ads, AEO, or advanced strategies.
Why this sequence? Because most small businesses waste money on fancy tactics when their foundation is broken. Fix the boring stuff first. Then get fancy.
Who I Work With
Small and medium local businesses in:
- Restaurants and food service
- Contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general)
- Professional services (lawyers, accountants, consultants)
- Local retail
Businesses that are tired of:
- AI spam emails
- Offshore outsourcing without disclosure
- Monthly retainer traps
- Vague promises and no documentation
What I Don't Do
❌ Promise "page 1 in 30 days"
❌ Guarantee specific rankings (nobody can)
❌ Lock you into 6-month contracts
❌ Use AI to generate outreach or reports
❌ Outsource work offshore
❌ Disappear after you pay
